Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
- It is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- It is in its original condition with all original packaging
Note: Final Sale, Clearance, Last Chance, Resale, and Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Restocking Fees
First return for an order: No restocking fee.
Second return for the same order: A restocking fee will apply.

Kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item are damaged or defective
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Packaging Reminder
Please retain the original packaging until you're sure you want to keep the item. Returns are only accepted with the original packaging intact.
Customized Items
Customized products made specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request a full refund before the item has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@fashonic.us. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged products, incorrect items, or wrong sizes. For exchange requests, please contact support@fashonic.us. We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to:
- Initiate a return.
- Place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refund Process
